Default Hello would be honored to be part of the knowledge

My name is Steven Hennessey. I was a Cabinet maker (taking over my grandfathers shop ) after exiting the navy. I have always loved woodwork and talked my grandfather to start adding iron high lights to custom pieces. He laughted with his barreled swedish chest and said my fathers father built from wood, my father built from wood your father worked the wood and knew to teach you. I said I love the wood but forged iron would amaze the younger
client. He laughted until the orders poured in . custom work we did 75 years ago with a twist made a differents. After 77 years grand father passed I had to close the shop do to a disability but I still love making car panels and quilted door cards with my son. Who loves seeing how far and can push it. He has become quite the smithy.
