Hallo everyone

My name is Wernher and I'm from Pretoria, South Africa. My dad and myself collect VW and Porsche's. Most of them are projects.I also research and record the air cooled history in South Africa.
I started restoring our own cars 5 years ago, after realizing that there are few restorers out there that really care about doing it right. I see sheet metal shaping as an art form and respect the guys that can do it. One such person is Barry Ashmole, whom I've learned most of my limited skills from.
I am here to learn and will try and contribute where I can.
