Hi All,

My name is Tim Raymond I live in Hythe, Kent, England and I have owned various Sunbeam Alpine sports cars since the early 1980s. Both of my children have grown up with a love of Alpines and own their own cars which they have fully restored.
Recently my wife and I managed to track down and recover the very first Alpine that we ever had. This was the 25th Series V Sunbeam Alpine ever made. For a long time this was our only car and we drove her every day and took her all over Europe.
We sold her in 1992 (when our youngest was born and we simply couldn't get both children in the back of the Alpine). At this time she was in genuine 'as new' showroom condition. When we got her back in August 2016 she looked ready for the scrap yard!
Now we are in the process of doing a total body retsoration and need to make various panels to bring this beautiful car back to her former glory, hence joining this site seemed like a good idea.
