Default Leo from Colorado

Hi all,

I am Leo from Colorado and I am currently working on patching up a 1973 VW Bus that I just completed a Subaru conversion on. I have completed a few engine conversions in the last ten years; the first conversion was a KDX175 motor into a homemade off road go-kart, a 4BT Cummins into a 1977 Ford F150 short bed, and most recently an EJ25 into a 1973 VW Bus. I like learning new skills and have always wanted to work with metal. In the past 6 months I finally purchased a MIG welder and also purchased a cheap bead roller and metal brake. I have three vehicles that need a bit of metal work done on so I am hoping I can learn from others on this forum. I am also very excited to see what others are making with their hands!
