New member intro

I've been working on customizing old Vw's for many years. The thing that is always left missing on my projects is the final finishing, covering or enclosures that I can imagine but don't know how to complete. I've done some basic fiberglass work and really, really hate it.

I've watched several videos about metal shaping and see an opportunity to put some of my imagination to work on a few projects I'd like to complete.

In addition to VW stuff I've gotten into building electric bikes. Making, what I think should be a simple battery enclosure that is styled to fit the bike would be a very cool skill to acquire. I look forward to participating in this forum.
