Default Hey! What's up? FNG checking in

Hi to ALL

Well a little about me I am a A&P mechanic for American airlines.
I started working on cars when I was a little guy with dear old Dad side by side for years we always had a project car going on, We worked every day side by side for years.
By the time I was 5-6 I knew all my Hand tool sizes sockets and wrenches.
Then he got me started on Planes with him starting at age 7 mostly his friends stuff he was an A&P mechanic as well.

So any ways fixing mechanical stuff comes easy for me even aircraft sheet metal isn't too bad but Im no expert.

But this steel metal working stuff for cars well this is all new too me I got into doing restoration work Paint and body stuff after my Father past away.
Well Im learning or trying too any way absorbing every thing I can read on the subject, although I have been at it a while now I am figuring out I dont know squat about the subject! I never had to do this type of work before.
Ive always been a Hands on guy but now I have done enough hands on now for a while trying too teach myself its time for some theory because with out Knowledge experience means NOTHING! and Vice Versa.

Plus maybe Ill learn what Im doing wrong
