Default Hello from Kentucky

I was an auto mechanic for 15 years and have now been a mechanical designer for 14 years. I design gas turbine component test rigs for GE Aircraft engines and GE Energy. I have always been into mechanical things, and after completing restoration of a tractor that my grandfather built from a 1929 model a dump truck, I decided to start several projects. My first is a 2/3 scale antique truck. I am using a Waukesha ICK engine from a railroad speeder and transaxle from a 1962 Cub Cadet. I have a running chassis and I'm ready to start the body. I have the basic hand tools and Miller 211 welder, but now I need to move up to more advanced tools and techniques.
