Hi all, my name is Matt, and I've just stumbled across this forum after reading a thread on the HAMB by Mindover (David) whose DVD I've just watched (by chance, borrowed it from a friend) and I'm hooked!
I've got a 1960 Humber Hawk that I'm looking to restore and give the mild Kustom treatment to (lowering, lake pipes, watson scallops etc.). When I say I've got a 1960 Humber Hawk, what I'm quickly learning is, that someone in the past has tried to re-create a Hawk in aluminium panels, rivets and a whole lotta Filler! So I've started down the road of replacing some of that expertly crafted filler with fresh metal - and I'm keen to learn all I can! Here's some pics: ![]() When we picked her up... ![]() What I aim to achieve... ![]() I'm expecting a whole lot of filler behind that shiny paint! Matt
