As a hobbyist I'm interested in keeping up to date and learning more about the craft of metal shaping. It's really become more of an Art.
I live in Central Illinois where there are a lot of auto collectors and club activities. Although no longer actively involved, I still enjoy following the discussions and am amazed at changes in recent decades in both tools and open discussion of previously private trade secrets. Examples include easy availability of a vast array of improved tools of all kinds, instructional DVD's, and access to UTube and Internet sites such as this site with worldwide interchange of info.

Remarkable changes for one who started tinkering with cars in the 1940's!
Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your experiences!
