newcomer from australia

hi everyone.
i'm currently restoring a datsun 240z. i'm trying to do all the majority of the restoration by myself which will take some time, learning as i go.
metal finishing is the goal & the rust must go.
i'm a toolmaker (injection moulds) by trade & currently working as a fitter/machinist. i have also spent 5 years polishing & electroplating.

hopefully i will learn plenty of new skills following this forum, & increase the quality of metal finishing that i do.
