Greetings from the Great White North

Hey all, I'm new to the art of metal shaping but not to fabricating. Having followed several searches to post on this forum it seems like a good idea to join up, if you'll have me.

Personal pursuits are hot rodding bikes (in the winter), flying stunt kites (in the summer) and computers most any time. My grandfather had a machine shop so building is kinda a family tradition, but it was always the mechanical version not so much the shaping. I'm looking for a new adventure!

I'm currently in Alaska, and don't have any intentions of leaving!
