Hi Jacob and welcome. There are a few BMW folk on here, but I'm probably the most stupid... (E21 Group 5 homage in aluminium)
Don't know how bad your E30 is, but I did get some bits (door posts, sills and rear panel) for our E21 from Walloth Nesch in Germany. Some are NOS (new old stock) and some are aftermarket. Pricing is pretty good. Post some pictures of your project when you are ready. Lots of very talented people on here who will be able to help with panel shaping advice.
