Default metal working newbie

My name is Bruce and I live in Oklahoma, U.S.A. Found this site while looking for information on bodywork for cars. I am working on a 1961 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite that i have. I have completley disassembled it and recently had all the paint stripped. Now I need to learn how to fix all the dents and rust that were under the layers of paint.

I have no experience with metal working, but have lots of patience.
