new guy from georgia
i have been a welder since my grandpa started trying to teach me at 12 started welding for pay at 16 in stepdads shop.after 3 years in army tryed truck driving,worked as emt and as a millwright then got so sorry i became a feedmill manager.i make welded art pieces and bbq smokers and have built a beater bag stand out of a mack truck cam shift and am waiting on my wife to saw my leather sand bag so i can try beating some metal.just want to learn some tricks and tips.

Duane,
Welcome to the site! I don't know why no one has welcomed you as yet... they must all be out in the shop! Anyway, you should be able to learn a whole lot on this site as there are people here who are very talented sheet metal workers and there are absolute beginners and everything in between.
