Glad to have stumbled upon this site. My name is Rocky or Rock & I have been a grain farmer from southern Illinois USA for over 40years. I learned to stick weld as a kid (Dad would say " You broke it -- you fix it"). I also collect & build hot rods. I have WAY to many.
One project I'm most proud of is a die to press the 32 Ford frame reveal I built last winter. My cars vary from several model T's & A's to a 52 MG TD to a 35 Nash to a 58 Chevy to a 66 Cobra.....even have a fiberglass dunebuggy (but don't hold that against me, lol) Hope to lurk & learn here......if ya'll accept me. |

Welcome to the forum Rocky. Sounds like you could put all the skills you can learn to good use with all those projects. Most things can be made with nothing more than a few hand tools and this is the way to start because no matter how Many machines you have there will always be hand shaping to do.
