Default Colorado metal shaper

Hello All,

My automotive restoration hobby (habit?) fueled my interest in metal shaping. After learning some basic techniques with hand tools and fire, my research led me to the world of metal shaping. I've always been a do-it-myselfer and enjoy coming up with resourceful ways to get a project completed and looking correct. I currently have a vintage Chicago Pneumatic planishing hammer, slip roll, small metal brake and my recent acquisition, a Mittler Bros. bead roller. As my shaping dreams far exceed my tool collection, I look forward to learning what I can about building a wheel, power hammer, etc.. and improving my skills. Thanks for providing the forum to learn as well as share our projects and passion!
