Thanks again to the latest commentors.
And thanks to Jaroslov among others who convinced me to spend the time to get the quarter window frame in a single plane. I cut some patterns and hope to see the glass man out here tomorrow to measure for windows. I fabricated garnish molding from the Devon door and opera window moldings.

I'm moving on to the wiring so I mounted the guages. I had the instrument panel pattern in MDF and after cutting to size marked and cut the openings on the CNC mill. I had fiddled with writing a program for engine turning, but decided to just switch to the manual mill and jeweled it with 1/2" cratex rounds.

Thanks all.
I'm just doing minor fabrication on the dash. The first is the driver side vent. The car is so narrow, I had to tuck it next to the wiper motor attached to the kick panel. These were from the Camaro I started to use. I cut a keyway in the bracket to accept the fin and tipped the inside of the bracket so I could twist and lock it into position. For the center I started to make a boxy drop panel to carry two vents, but after seeing it in place came to my senses and decided to metalshape something that had a little more character. I used the washers in the bead roller to duplicate the rolled edge of the instrument panel and the kept Camaro mount by forming sleeves to carry the ABS bracket. Then I added a strip to the glovebox frame to match the two inch taller opening and then skinned it.

Looking good there Eugene.
The two washer trick worked a treat!
