Default Epoxy press dies, hammer forms, & flow forms class at Redneck Roundup Aug 21,22nd

Hey everyone I will be offering a class the 21st & 22nd of August at Jim Hery's shop before the Redneck Roundup! The class topic will be epoxy press dies, hammer forms and flow forms. We will cover the ins and outs of making epoxy tooling for little detailed areas and larger tooling for bigger parts and discuss what method is better for each part a press die, hammer form, or a flow form.

The class will cover

-Part prep
-direct cast from a original part
-making a mold to be poured later
-pattern making for a one off
-casting dies
-clearances needed
-die tune up
-making the parts with the dies the class created
-And much more!

The cost for this class will be $400 per person with a maximum of 6 people for the two days. Lunch refreshments, and all materials will be provided. The first day of the class will be the ins and outs of making the molds, pattern work and tooling, each person will make a die for a different part. Any tune up of the dies that is needed will be done one die at a time so everyone gets to see what is what. The second day will be using the tooling to produce sheet metal parts by pressing with a shop press, hammer forming, or flow forming with a rivet gun. If you have any questions you ask them here in this post, shoot me a message, or give me a call here at the shop 1402-462-8581. Hope to see you there!
