I decided to jump to the other sides patch panel to get a little more practice before fixing my mess.this panel A) I made a much tighter fit up, B) cleaned up much better,C) got GREAT results...so far. The panel is tacked in with no waves or warping that I couldnt hammer and dolly.

New problem though my Brandy new Lincoln Tig 200 swuarewave is acting up. The fan is revving up and down. So I opted to stop where I am so far before something stupid happens to the machine.
