Default New guy from Texas

Brief Introduction.

I was bit with the auto “bug” at an early age when helping my father on his Mustang. This carried over to other cars as I got older and drag racing thru high school. I was also influenced by my neighbor that was fabricator, Pearl Harbor survivor and served in every branch of US military (retired) – he was a true master craftsman! In college was a research assistant and had keys to the machine shop…this is where the love of fabrication took off. I am always working to build my skill set on my own and learning from others. I am working to build an English wheel and planishing hammer so I can fabricate a track nose for my 1927 Ford Roadster (on 32 rails) that is now my long term project.

Look forward to learning more on this site!
Troy
