I find myself using the shopdog over the P5 for this little stuff. It is just a 16" long piece of 18 gage for the passenger seat mount that will be welded to the curved tunnel. I score it with the die on my layout line and then tip it in a number of passes. Then straighten it with the shrinker/ stretcher and adjust the angle where it contacts.

I mounted the seats and was able to fit the Camaro rear without any cutting on the cover. I was able to retain the tilt option and latch for the back so will have a package/dog area.
The Mini Cooper fronts fit better than the Camaro and slide for rear seat access.

The trunk opens tail gate style and as such is double walled. Every one I have seen has dents or wonder butter repairs. Mine had dents, but also had excellent lead work that was exposed when blasted. There were too many to practice leading on so I decided to make an access panel to metal work them.

Then turned it over and sprayed with Dykem, and started to dolly the dents. It's nice to be able to lift the previous lead repair where a new dent adjoins it and then knock the raised portion off with a Vixen. The large area on the right and the small bright spot in the center are old lead.

You did well with the seats and the repair too!

Thanks Marcus. I'm working on the boot lid, slowly but surely.

I took a hint from Jack and used a block of end grain sanded to the radius of the trunk. Just as an experiment I bored a hole and mounted it on one of the bench block pedestals. I seem to be making some headway.

Thanks, yes, I'll need a certain amount of exposure because the Jag coil overs limit the drop to change the tire, but don't care for the old school gasser fender cutouts.

I made inner fender panels and then spliced in the deep well for the rear of the tire to save on a lot of stretching.
And the passenger side from the inside.
