Default Pullmax seal help

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me with the main seal part numbers on two different Pullmax machines. I am looking for the seal part numbers for a T3 or P3 (not sure if they are different) and a P21sl. I am hoping to order the seals prior to disabling the machines and cannot see any numbers on the seals while they are installed nor can I take any measurements.

Thanks for the help,
Josh

Hi Josh
According to my P-21 manual which includes your model with pneumatic lift, the seals you'll need are as follows: (metric sizes)

(17b) Seal 65 50 8 PMax part # 616.622.21
(18b) O ring 59,5 x 3 PMax part # 616.112.23
(38b)O ring 144,5 x 3 PMax part # 616.112.40
(39b) O ring 22,2 x 3 PMax part # 616.112.11
(41b) Packing 26/21 x 1,5 PMax part # 616.211.20
(54b) O ring 69,5 x 3 PMax part # 616.112.25
(66b) O ring 94,5 x 3 PMax part # 616.112.30
(76b) Seal 52 35 10 PMax part # 616.622.40

The O ring sizes look to me like you'll be quite lucky to find these at the local seal specialist, however as they only form compression seals, devoid of moving parts, you'll be able to make up your own with a length of 3mm seal strand and some superglue. Have no idea what the packing size means, but a specialist will no doubt know what's required...
