Doug Ganschow
Well here's my intro
Some of ya allready know me,and yup I don't post very much, why you ask? I don't have that much to offer as far as metal shapin goes. The only shapin I do is when I go to MM in ILL. once a yr. since da tent down'in.So I don't beleve once a yr. qualifies as very much experience! I do have a 30yr back ground as a journeyman tinsmith and have a bit of fab equipment in my shop at home. Many moons ago I took a class with Ron Fournier and then went back for another 3 day class where I just picked a project that I thought build in 3 days while he taught his regular class, this was way befor he ever had an advanced class. I also introduced Ron to the Dillon now Henrob torch,so were going back some yrs arn't we.He had e-wheels and echold shrinker, no shot bags, stumps, tuck shrinking, so I left with no way to do shaping cause I can't aford a big $$$ echold. I beleive this was done on purpose but thats my opinon. I also am not to cumputer savey, but hey I can point and click so I'm good to go. Doug |
