Default Getting to know the Pullmax!

Greetings!
I’ve been reunited with the Pullmax I experimented with in College studenrt - this time I’m an instructor and eager to discover more about the capabilities maintenance of this tool and pass it along to students. I’ll need to revist our specific make and model, but it has been around for over 50 years, and as time has passed, it’s been slowly if not entirely forgotten. I’m committee to reviving its use. I’ve got it tuned up, and seems to be running beautefilly. I’ve got a ton of projects that it will help me with. In doing so, I hope the tool will get exposure and more use.
This seems like a great site / resource for all kinds of applications for metal shaping, something I’m finding more and more use for in my career. Eager to learn from this community.

Hi Christian
Welcome to Allmetalshaping!
You should be able to find a lot of information on the Pullmax And other brands of reciprocating machines on the site. There are a number of sources for custom made tooling also. Go to the contents page and under metal shaping tools click on the reciprocating machines. There are 24 pages of threads there, which should keep you busy for a while.
