Has anyone heard anything about the books? His website says that he passed away. I wonder if the books will still be released?

We're hoping they are. According to information given out before his death, #5 was already printed and #6 was at the printers. My understanding is that the rest were in various stages of completion. Hopefully the family will complete the project or someone else will purchase the rights to the remaining copies and complete them.

I think the family has had more than enough time to make good on their obligations. Tim passed on in December.

My Dad died three weeks ago, and I have had to get on with life so even though I empathize with them, they need to make good.

I paid Tim for all 7 books plus the dvd a very long time ago, and I understand #7 and the dvd are probably not going to happen at this point, however, we know #5 for sure, and probably #6 already exist.

It's time for them to make good on Tim's legacy.

Same here, ordered all seven books and DVD, received just the first four.
I understand some people have already received book's five and six while others have not.

Still waiting and hoping that this will get resolved in a timely manner.

I waited 3 months and then sent an email asking if there was any information that I could pass on to the metal shaping community about the status on the books. This was sent to his site email account. So far no response.

I waited a week and then sent another email to his personal email account that we had used to get updates that I posted on the site. No response.

His office phone answers with a message that no one is available call later. This tells me they are not answering the phone.

At this point, with no response I am not sure we will ever hear anything. Hope I am wrong, time will tell.

Unfortunate he passed but the estate should honor his obligations

Was it not said that books 5&6 were at the printer?
If so wonder what the printer is waiting for.
