I figured out what the term "tuck" means. to get the radius, or turn in a flange, make a raised "A" in the metal. then tap, or beat it down flat to shrink it. I supose leaving the raised edge would work, when it is hidden from view, but it just dont seem right (to leave it raised).

I am gonna head to the shop and give it a go, then maybe take that fender off and fix the gap.

I am sure glad I was given a link to this site. You guys are great, taking the time to post your work and offer tips.
