Default 55 chevy build

well, i dont always take alot of pictures.. i dont have tons of metal machines (yet) , and most of all , im not a real big expert on sheetmetal... but i do run a shop restoring cars and customizing cars/trucks...
eventhough ive been in the body field for years, im still open and learning new stuff... most time i dont post pics due to not taking much pictures , or just dont feel what i do is exciting enough to share.. lol...
but id figure i post few pics of things ive done for customers...

heres a 55chevy fender i had to restored ...

heres the fender that was brought to me... dinged up and rusted..

little bit of hammering and shapping..

made the front and welded in .. now just need to smooth little better, the pic makes it look bad.. but its pretty straight though....

sorry , i dont have any pics of making the front , when i work , last thing on my mind is taking pictures... lol...
here it is with maybe a skim coat of filler and high build primer..

yeah, not the most intertaining work.... but just fig show what i do .. lol

Mat, The work you did on the fender looks great. How long did it take you to make the repair? Wish you had more progress pictures of the work. Is that the only part that you are going to on the "55?

thanks Joe, its been awhile back since i did that.. so i really dont remember how long it took.
ill look and see if i got more repair pics... the car had some dings , and dents on it.. plus the rear glass section was all rusted out .. on the top and sides... so i fixed that too...
