I haven't heard of a group rate at the Richland motel. I reserved my room on their website.

Anyone who hasn’t called yet can call them direct at 931-539-1800. Price will be close if not better than a service site and they won’t have to pay fees, so hopefully they’ll be there next time. it’s probably the closest & most direct shot towards Jim’s place.

My room was $95/night for 4 nights.

For those attending RR later this week, we plan to do false wire edge to some aluminum strips that Kerry will use on his roadster. We are in need of a set of "P" profile false wire edge dies that are compatible with the P21 that Jim has in his shop, ie: throat height. The set I have has been trimmed to fit my Lennox and will not work in Jim's P21. So if anyone can bring a set of P dies that fits a P21, that would allow us to do the demo in Jim's shop.. If anyone can accomodate, please advise...

Its going to be a great event. I went up yesterday to help Jim get organized and clean up. Bob Poulter and Bruce (MemphisVette) was there too. Jim's done some significant changes and upgrades. After the first pass cleaning we did some wiring

I had another comittment today but will be headed back in the morning. Bob and Jim were wiring up some new equipment that we'll finish up tomorrow if they didnt get it all done.

Jim is working all day getting ready for the roundup and all night getting a car finished. He's a machine. I dont see how he puts in the hours he does.

I’m sure that I’m not the only one who had a fantastic time at Master Coachbuilder Jim Hery’s shop for the 2022 Redneck Roundup. Superlatives and compliments are easy to offer. But the opportunity to have such an event at a REAL world class coach building shop, where Jim just casually asks people to help move a Rolls Royce or Bugatti project from one room to another or bang some dents into an old RR fender to demonstrate planishing & metal finishing or pulls out a damaged 1930’s Bentley to use for a demo on leading aluminum….. that just doesn’t happen in the normal world. But that’s normal in Jim’s world.

Thank you for all you and the team did make this Redneck Roundup happen for all of us who aspire towards where you are. We couldn’t be there if you didn’t let us. Kerry, Steve, Dan, Patman and the other blue shirts plus the others helping with phase converters, before & after duties, pig cooking, last minute volunteers, etc etc.- so many to thank and recognize

Like I’ve said before and will say again. Choose your Masters well. Jim is a Master worth choosing and following. Thank you for what you’re doing for us, Jim. We sincerely appreciate it.
