Default 41 Chev pickup build

I've owned this 1.5 ton cab and chassis "41 chev for around 11 years. I've been a little reluctant to start it, as it just seemed like a large rust job. Anyway, I've started it.
What I plan on, is to drop the cab onto a half ton chassis, channel the cab 3", roof chop 2", internal hinges and remodel the front sheetmetal. It took me around a week to dismantle the cab, so it could go into the citric bath. (Thanks Marcus) That gave me relatively clean steel to work with. I've started with the floor, which I've made as the original didn't suit my purposes.

This is 2mm electrogalv, which is folded up to suit the seats.
