I´m not really a metal worker, but I did quite a lot of "shaping" of leather, gilding, pinstriping and lettering.. but I have my dream shaping my own cafe racer! :-)

I´m currently living in Oslo, Norway but within a few months I´m living in Sitges, Spain.. close to Barcelona! I´m interested to get in contact with anyone in Spain doing custom work! I´n Sitges I´m about to start business with a friend shaping metal and building bikes..

I´ll put some pictures of some of my work, and hopefully soon, some of my metal shaping..

Well, some of it.. you can see more here if you want: https://www.facebook.com/276ccm

Salut! :-)

Thanks a lot! :-) These pictures is only a little selection of my work.. I hope too, to get more into metal shaping, as I move into a fully functional garage in Spain :-) I guess seat pans is a good way to start, as they often aren´t too complicated :-)

Marius,

Seat pans are covered. You will have many options of how to make them and be able to make what you want to cover, a good place to start.

With the pics of your work I see you as a "detail of the image" oriented person. You'll have fun fitting the seat -finished- to the bike and the rider.

Nice work.

Nice leather work, I learned a bit of leather work at evening classes in my teens. I also did vehicle upholstery as part of my diploma but I never have done anything like your work it's very nice!. I am always too busy bashing metal.

Thanks a lot all! I really appreciate it! :-)

If I may, I´ll post some more seats I´ve done..

This first one is a seat pan I would love to try to make more of! This one was made by a friend of mine, but unfortanly he died in a tragic motorcycle accident some years ago.. he also built some amazing motorcycles and was a good metal worker.

And some others..

I was lucky enough to get the job to make seats for the signature models from Motorhead, by Victory..

And some metal engraving I did on a seat pan..

And creditcard holders for leaft over leather..

Thanks again gentlemen and ladies :-)
