Hi Andy
Welcome to the forum. I used to work for an Andy Short, who did truck bodies in Cambridgeshire in the 1980's.
I have a VibroShear nibbler and have made quite a few dies for it. I'd recommend you get Fay Butler's book on Universal sheet metal machines. He covers making dies and getting the most out of these machines.
