Hi Chris,
Classes can be expensive, but you can also learn a lot from going to events like "Viking Meet" in Denmark, which draws metal shapers from around Europe. There are enough Germans on this forum that you might be able to organize one in your own country.

Welcome, from Colgone ey, not by any chance working for an american OEM? ![]() It's true that courses not only in germany, but as it seems in the whole of europe, are costing an arm and a leg. But IMHO the ones I attended are well worth it. Possibly in your case they're tax deductible, but that's something your tax consultant (Steuerberater) can tell you. As for a big meeting, I would be totally attending. ![]()

Thanks everyone! Jens, that's right, that one car manufacturer located north of cologne...
I'll definitely check out viking meet, as I'm originally from northern Germany close to the danish border. regards
