New Guy from Ohio

I'm Matt. I'm 30, married, 3 children. I work for a major steel company in a brand new research facility. I've got access to a lot of cool stuff, and an endless source of knowledge.
Aside from that, I own a fab shop. I own my 4500 ft/sq shop, my tools, equipment, etc. I've worked my butt off! Late nights, all nighters, 2 or 3 hours of sleep is normal.
I've got a background in metal forming in the way of automotive stamping.... but not so much in the manual ways. However I have a huge interest!
