Welcome to AllMetalShaping Mike. I restored a 67 Mustang with my youngest son when he turned 16....25 years ago
![]() That said, I can understand your desire to make them yourself. It's a disease. I and a lot of us here have it also. Do you have the missing parts?

Welcome to the forum, Mike.
I like your Mistang. My first car purchase back in 84 at age 17 was a 67 Mustang, soon followed by a 67 Galaxie. Both of them were sold in 2000 and Ive got another 67 Galaxie in my shop now. Will your project be an accurate restoration or custom project? I understood some EU rules can be very strict, especially regarding emissions and engine modifications.

Hi Mike welcome to the forum
All Mustang are very popular here in Australia most of them are 67/68/69/ and 70's. I repaired a few of them, The new ones are OK also, and there are lot's of them around, but personally I prefer the 69 Boss ![]() Peter

Welcome to the forum. I see you missing the fenders.
Sometimes when it rains I see these cars on the field next to the highway. This also applies to the new models. Somehow, a powerful engine and a heavy foot combined with rain don't suit them. ![]() But it has a nice sound. Good luck. ![]()

Hello Kelly, yes, aftermarket for Mustangs is great and prices are pretty low too. I have Fastback conversion in mind, so I would need to buy and replicate quorter panels and some small metal stuff I need for thet conversion. Would like to have ability making fastback quorter panels. All other sheet metal is there.

Hello Cliffrod, Mustang has been my deam car as I was a kid and as I saw this one in my area for small €€€ - I got it! My garage was not prepaired to fit car in it .. I used it for storage the last year and thats why I spend over one week selling stuff, moving it to another locations and organizing basement to fit Mustang in. I think it was the most difficult part of this project )) About EU regulations - this car gonna need inspection according to §21 and there are some big changes that happened 3-4 weeks ago in Germany.. long story short: it should be fastback clone when I am done and looking for historic plates. Also discussed possibility about puting modern drive train in it with my tecnician, but for now I go for original condition and better suspension so that car is safe to drive on our Autobahn.
