I've been in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, & Construction) field for nearly thirty years, but have always valued my time spent out in my workshop working on my vehicles, woodworking, metalworking, or just plain tinkering with things.


Recently, I've been spending time working in a local restoration shop as I consider retirement from being a registered Architect. I have some ability shaping metal, welding, and so forth, but recognize that there is always much to learn. Someone mentioned the forum here, I looked around, and would like to learn and share.
