Default Hello from Paderborn, Germany

My name is Michael , 33, coachbuilder in our small family shop .
Daily business is crash repair etc but my passion is restoring classic cars. After finishing several projects, looking forward to build something up from scratch.
I really appreciate the info from the allmetalshaping community and hope that I also can give you some goodies

Hello Guys !
Gert-Jan, this is a 54 ( late model) Mercedes 170 D. Nothing fancy but could be a nice Hot-Rod ...
Silvio, I will show how I made the floorpan in another thread. - You are doing really SCHÖNE ARBEIT !
Regards and merry Christmas to all,

Thanks for your reply Michael. I spend some time on the net looking at various MB 170 models. The looks of the MB has something of a Citroën Traction Avant, under the hood it's something else. I like it the way it is!

My dad owned 2 VW transporters. As a kid I was sitting in the back, it brings back good memories every time I see a VW van.
