thanks for the welcomes. I'll be posting some pics as soon as I remove all the crap off the car,

the plan is to chop about 4 inches from the top, graph in a minivan metal roof, mount the body back 4.5 inches and mount the grill forward about an inch. which should give me enough room for a LS series motor. I am looking for something small like 4.8 or 5.3 with OD tranny. Far cheaper and I don't need the extra HPs. My axles are from a 87 Jag XJ12 which once mounted should lower the car 4-6 inches.

I don't have any pics of what I want it to look like. but I am thinking it'll have that long low look. I might even have to widen the body by a few inches to fit the axles.

My realistic timeline is 2-3 years for it to be a driver another 2-3 years doing the interior and fit and finish.
