Whats happenin, my name is Nick Zazzi, some of you may know me from other boards, Ruff Rodders, Jockey Journal, Hamb, etc. I alsway go by the same name, Big Nick. I have been into messing around with bikes and cars for some years now. I do it on the side as a hobby as I work an office 9 to 5 to pay the bills. I have built quite a few bikes over the past 5 years or so and I have a 1950 Dodge that needs some serious metal work so I figured what better place to learn. I do most the work myself in my garage, motor work is not my thing, I can get by but I know my limits, and any big machining we do at my father's shop in NJ. Here are some pictures of my last projects, some of you may have already seen them so bare with me.

Nick, welcome to AllMetalShaping.com, glad to have you as a member. Looks like you have built some nice bikes. Someone on this board can answer your questions on metal shaping so just ask when you need help.

Nick,
Sweet looking bikes. Welcome to allmetalshaping. I just finished an Exile style softail chopper / bobber not too long. Very first bike build and hope to get a few more under my belt. I too have a 9-5 but love to mess around with bikes. Im from upstate ny, You just missed an awesome metalmeet get together at Dutch's place in Herkimer. Again, Nice work. Are these special construction? or do you have a shop? |

Welcome aboard, Nick!
Sweet bikes! I dig the narrow tire rigids, especially in a sea of 300+ rear tires. Tim D. |

Thanks everyone
T-body- the gold one and the trike are special construction. The others are all titled HDs that have been modified. heidesign, we are using a late HD servicar rear on this. This is our first shot at a trike. I will start a build thread on it soon. Oh and it just ssays you got good taste hahahahahaha tdoty, thanks. My bike and my girl's both have custom triple trees that I desinged and we machined at my father's place. I run a wide glide 16 wheel up front, we machined off the brake flange and set up 35mm Sportster tubes as close as we could get them to the tire and then made the trees off the measurements, real subtle and worked out well. The ones on my girl's bike are just a 1/2" narrower than wide glide and we made a bracket to run a 2000 and up front caliper on the 79 lower legs. |
