My name is Will, I own a small hotrod shop in Cartersville, Ga called Mad Hatter Speed and Design. We focus on high quality metalwork, and have started manufacturing a small line of handmade parts. We also do a good bit of one off design and fabrication of parts and pieces for individuals and a few local design firms. Sheet metal is one of our largest focuses, tig welded everything, shaping, leading and anything else we can get our hands in. As of now, we have a planishing hammer, wheel, shrinker/stretcher, bead roller and all the other basics. We are excited as we just bought an old Chicago Pneumatic riveter/dimpler that came out of Locheed Martin. We have begun designing parts to convert this to a pullmax type reciprocating machine. If anybody has one, or has any info on this giant 1000 lb. beast we would love to hear about it. I look forward to being a part of this community.

Welcome! Sounds like you have a good amount of experience in what this site is all about, and we love pictures. Please post more about the parts you make.

Welcome Will, We need to get together, if you get to Huntsville, come by for a visit. Kerry is in Huntsville also. Next time that I'm thru Cartersville I will look you up.
I'm in the restoration business and am currently working on a '28 Stutz that belongs to a gentleman from Kennasaw. Sure that we could find some common things to talk about. Welcome, Dan |
