Post Howdy from Huntsville

I'm new to the forum and my interest in metalworking has been stimulated by my efforts to restore an old 1936 Ford Coupe. While the body is reasonably solid for a 75 year old car, there is needed work in the floor pan area and I wish to replace the soft top insert with a steel panel.

I've got a shop relatively well equipped to do metal work, but am totally inexperienced in metal shaping other than what can be done with a hammer and a dolly and I wouldn't say I was skilled at that.

Looking forward to picking up tips I can use in my restoration work and happy to find this forum.
