Default New guy in Califunia

Hi,
I am a self employed Graphic Artist and have been pinstriping and working on cars for over 50 years. I studied Transportation and Product Design at Art Center. I have worked for myself most of my life doing Vehicle Graphics, Pinstriping, Lettering, Custom Painting. Spent a little over three years restoring Classic Cars at the Nethercutt Collection. Worked in New Product Development at BUB Enterprises prototyping motorcycle exhaust systems. I also taught Automotive Collision and Refinishing at WyoTech and will be teaching those classes and the Street Rod class on a part-time basis. I also do custom Metal Fabrication and Machining in my shop.

I have been involved in Drag Racing since 1957 and still enjoy going to the races when possible. I got my pilots license 16 years ago, but don't get to fly as much as I would like these days. I am working on a Varieze homebuilt airplane, and have a '34 Ford Panel Truck which needs to get back on the road, and a Harley V-Rod.

Looking forward to getting to know some of the craftsmen on this forum...
Jim

Hi Jim, You sound like a very busy person!. I teach part time, it can be very rewarding. I hope you stick around and show some of your stuff.
