Wow, I don't envy you folks that get snow. It's bad enough working on the cars we get out here in California, that looks like a TON of work. I wonder if it wouldn't be faster to just remake the entire part, using the original for patterns/buck?

Good luck, it will be a lot of work bit it will be fun.
