Default New to metal forming from Tennessee

Hello all, thank you for having such a great forum. Grew up slinging chips in an aerospace oriented machine shop, a little tig and mig along the way. Really looking to make some nice bodywork pieces. My name is Doug Taylor and live in Nashville TN. Also, looking to buy the imperial ewheel listed on eBay ... Hope I don't step on anyone's toes....thanks

Hi Doug, There are a lot of threads on here with discussions about the pros and cons of the various welding methods, you might like to read some. A wheeling machine is a great tool but its not as easy as you might think to shape metal on one, There is a lot of other skills needed as well. I shaped metal for many years before I eve went near a wheel, it taught me a lot.
