Hi, I'm John from northern Wisconsin. I'm a dealer mechanic by trade and a hobbyist welder and fabricator. My ultimate goal is to be able to make an aluminum motorcycle gas tank. I recently got a tig welder and I'm working on learning to weld aluminum while collecting the necessary metal shaping hand tools. This forum looks like a great place to learn and get inspired when I can't be in the garage.
