Default self taught fabricator from virginia

hi,my name is john and am very happy to have found this site. i live in a small town on the chesapeake bay of virginia. took auto body class in school and love working on old cars. ( i consider anything old to be 64 and later ) i have a few job titles under my belt -carpenter,plumber,welder,painter,mechanic you get the idea. i love working with metal ( easier than wood lol!! ) and the new project in the garage is a 1948 ford street rod pickup. need to make a few patch panles and could use a little knowledge on this subject. hope to make a few friends and can't wait to look over these forums!

p.s if i can help anyone with anything,i would be glad to.

thanks,john

Welcome on board.
I consider "self taught" and "willingness to share" important values :-)
Good luck with your project!

jochem.
