I also got into RC pylon racing. Started out harmless enough, some local weekend winter stuff called 'club 20' with the boys. Then some faster gassers, then some faster-yet electrics. This pic is from Romania F5D world champs. Thats me, far right (Team Canada). These models go about 350 km/hr, 10 laps around the course, its all over in 60 seconds.

Well, no regrets, but RC competitions take time & energy. I always like working in the shop & figure this would be a good time to focus more on the metal projects in my head.
