I am working on Hot Rods. I am looking to build bodies from scratch. So I am interested in tools and techniques.

You're fortunate to live in Connecticut because you can take classes with Wray Schelin in Stafford Springs. (Search eBay). He'll get you off to a fast start. Remarkable craftsman.
