Default Dr. Niels from India

Howdy fellas,
This is Dr. Niels from a presidential city Kolkata(Calcutta) India.
I was pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering. Quit dat and joined MBBS . Akin to MD in usa.
Still my love for all things mecha hasn't died down.
I really wanna do an aesthetical overhaul of my economy commuter king (Bajaj discover 100cc) on the lines of a cafe racer. It really is an economy king believe me. Driving at a speed of 70kmph costs me 65kmpl. Which is an awesome mileage.
Considering my bike is a rather cheap but well sold model. It has been designed on lines of classical cafe bikes. Hens effecting the envisaged mods should be a little easy(Not involving engine dismounts and frame chopping).
I am here to learn the finer tricks of the metal shaping and fabrication trade. Since doctors aren't paid well in my country , well I'll havta diy most things.

Hoping to be invited to join this community.
Regards

Welcome to the forum.

If you have time to post pics during the effort, I would very much like enjoy seeing what you do with your Bajaj. I've had two Bajaj Cheetak scooters that were ultimately sold/traded away before they were fixed.
