Default Another lurker comes clean

Greetings all, Ive been here almost from the begining, hiding in the shadows. Im a diesel tech during the day and a performance engine builder/dyno operator at night and weekends. My yard is full of potential projects and a racecar or two that have been sitting due to our economic downturn. I do have a shop with tools and a supportive wife. In these modern times I take for granted a site like this and what it takes to make it work, not to mention the calibur of talent here. So from a longtime lurker thanks for the education and information overload. Im also a better reader than i am a typer. AL V.

Al, welcome to the site and thanks for the introduction. You have the most important thing to be in your kind of business, a supportive wife. Hope to see you post some of your work.

Welcome Al,

I'm in North Fort Myers, it's nice to have some local folks here. There's a lot of knowledge here ready to help with just about any question you have.

You're probably 20-25 minutes from my house. My shop is 5.4 miles north of the river on US-41 so it's a bit farther away. You're welcome to visit the shop if you're in the neighborhood. I have a few toys you might enjoy.

And not that I'm any sort of expert but if you need anything, just let me know and I'll try to help.
