Default New guy from Germany

Hello all,
my name is Sascha, I'm 55 and I live in the south west of Germany. I have been working on cars and bikes longer than I got my licence, but most of the time my panel shaping skills were hmm - let me say - improvable. In the last couple of years I joined several classes for panel shaping (maybe Fahrzeugakademie Schweinfurt is also known outside of Germany?) and I was surprised how much one can learn in just a few days.

After several attempts to register here without success Kerry finally helped me to do so - thank you, Kerry!

Now I'm curious what I can learn here, especially after I have seen that there are many different ways to reach a target - Italians seem to do it in another way than the British for example.

Welcome Sascha, you're in the right place. In Bohemia, we also have our own style.

Hi Jaroslav,
thank you. Yes, I often see some nice panel work coming from Czechia or Slovakia (don't know exactly) at Veterama fair in Mannheim (not too far away from me), often early Volkswagen parts or WWII parts in best craftsmanship.
